Using this site, buying a ticket, or signing up to perform means you're agreeing to what's below.

Tickets
- You must show valid ID to enter. No exceptions.
- Lineups are subject to change without notice — comics booked on a show aren't a guarantee.
- No cash refunds. Can't make it? We'll get you a free ticket to a future show, plus 10% off your tab that night.
- If we cancel or reschedule a show, we'll email and/or text everyone with a ticket and make it right.
The comic portal
Comics and producers get an account to manage their own bio, availability, and (for producers) a show they run. You're responsible for what you post there — your bio, your photos, your lineup calls if you're producing. We can pull portal access for abuse of it.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number with texts turned on, you're agreeing to receive texts tied to that use — a ticket confirmation, booking confirmations, day-of reminders, opt-in open-mic and availability alerts, or a waitlist notice that a seat opened. SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Steel City Cellar, we collect your mobile number, your name, and the date and method by which you gave consent. We use this information solely to send you information about upcoming shows, ticket availability, and event reminders from Steel City Cellar.
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or your SMS consent data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 30 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@steelcitycellar.com.
The site itself
The site, its content, and its design belong to Steel City Cellar. Don't scrape it, rip the photos, or use it to build a competing listing. We built this to sell tickets and book comics, not to be redistributed.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We try to keep the schedule accurate and the checkout working, but we don't guarantee it'll be error-free or uninterrupted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
